MeroGuru is a platform connecting users with expert service providers, or "Gurus," across various fields, including technical consulting, creative arts, and personal development. We facilitate booking, secure payments, and reliable service delivery for both individuals and businesses.
Creating a basic user account on MeroGuru is completely free. Simply click the "Sign Up" button, provide a valid email address, and choose a secure password. You'll receive a confirmation link to activate your account.
Navigate to the service catalog or use the search bar to find a Guru. Once you find a suitable service, click "Book Now," select your preferred time slot and package, and confirm the booking by completing the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with all the appointment details.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as popular digital wallets like PayPal and Stripe. For international services, currency conversion is handled automatically at the time of payment.
Our cancellation policy depends on the Guru and the service package purchased. Generally, you receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a penalty fee. Please check the specific Guru's listing for their detailed policy.
